Really poor performance with Cisco WRVS4400N v2

I'm experiencing really poor performance with a WRVS4400N using firmware version 2.0.2.1-ETSI

Both wireless and wired computers are peaking at approximately 5Mbit/s both on LAN and Internet.

Connecting to the internet directly gives me between 20-25Mbit/s, so there must be something seriously wrong with this unit.

Any ideas?
