reset the router RV042 password

Hi

how to reset the router RV042 password.if we reset the router, configuration settings will be gone & activation key does works ?

Hello my name is Patrick Ayers with Cisco eSupport.

Unfortunately there is no way to recover a password for the RV042 with a factory reset.

In order to do this, you must hold the reset button down on the back of the device for greater than 15 seconds.

The default user is either cisco or admin

The default password is either cisco or admin
