Router RV130W - unable to connect to captive portal

Hi folks,

 

I have a small business RV130W and have configure it. All works good on wireless with captive portal until this morning.

 

When users onnect to SSiD, all is ok, but when they open a browser they are not redirect anymore to the captive portal and it is impossible to get internet connection (guest users).

 

All was working fine las week and nothing has been changed.

For your information it is the second time that happens, I have rebooted the firewall but nothing happened.

The first time, I have disabled the captive portail et reenabled it and then it got working.

 

I have done all the update and I am in the last version.

 

Please help ....

Hello,

 

I have not come across this issue in lab testing.  Since the issue appears to be intermittent I recommend you reflash the firmware, perform a factory reset, and reconfigure the device from scratch.  If that does not help please contact the support center at 866-606-1866 and open a case so that we can track this issue with your configuration file and take the appropriate action.
