Hi,
Any idea how to find out if I have version 1 or 2 of the RSV 4000 router? I want to upgrade the firmware and need to be able to find this information.
Plus, any idea what the differences are between v1 and v2?
Many thanks.
Mark

The hardware version can be identified by the product label at the bottom of the device. Feature wise, there is no difference between V1 and V2, but the firmware is not compatible due to the difference in the GbE switch.

That's correct. The V2 label will show "RVS4000 V2".

Hi,
I have just doube checked the product label and it is not written version anywhere. I presume the absence of such information means it is version 1(?).
It was manufactured 11/2008 if this helps?
Many thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Mark
