RV 120w: all IP addresses suddenly change???

We just set up the Cisco RV 120W Wireless-N VPN Firewall as the central router for our business. Everything was set up the best we could set it up, and network traffic flowed unhindered. However, it appears that shortly after I upgraded the firmware on the router, every IP address of the some 20 devices just changed. When we first set up the network, the first IP address to be leased was 192.168.1.101, and all the devices claimed addresses sequentially from there. After they all changed, the 4th octets in the addresses were at values like 221, 193, 150, etc. No order to them at all. We have a few network printers, and these changing IP addresses are compromising their functionality.

Is there a setting I missed that would prevent this from happening? Should I be worried about this happening again randomly? Any ideas on what should be done or if I did anything wrong are appreciated. Thanks!

you need to assign a static IP to your printers then everything will be fine.  You can find out how to assign the static ip here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/csbr/rv120w/administration/guide/rv120w_admin.pdf

Don't worry about the ip's changing for work stations as they are assigned via dhcp and the nature of dhcp is they can change but that can be a probelm for devices like servers and printers
