I have several RV016's. When I set them up to do dual WAN they work great switch back and forth between the 2 connections when a connection fails. However they lose the DNS forwarding ability after a while, during which time I can't ping sites like google.com from my computer or from the router. I can plug in a DNS such as 8.8.8.8 in the settings for my computer then it all works fine however getting the DNS info from the router say 192.168.0.1 does not work. If I reset the router it comes back up and works fine for a while, also if I just let it set it will eventually start working again. I've tried the latest firmware and some older versions they all ended up exhibiting the same issue. I had the same issue with 3 WAN connections but removed the 3rd to make things simple. If I go to a single wan connection the problem doesn't occur. I've had this occur on all 4 routers I've setup with dual WAN. Any ideas what might be causing this or even better a way to fix this?
