I have problem whit the Linsys RV082 router; when i download a big ftp(TCP) file from some site, the connection drop after some time, i have looked in the log file on the router, and the problem occur when the is a renew(DHCP), on the line to the ISP, ISP(DHCP) have a renew time (½ hour).
Or in other word the TCP connection gets drop on a renew(DHCP). I have also experiences the same problem whit a RTCP connection (TCP). So the question is, if the router is dropping the NAT table, on a renew(DHCP) on the wan side?. I have a 'static' IP (DHCP) on the WAN side, the ISP cant provide a real static IP.???

Have you downloaded the latest firmware for the rv082, from the cisco.com website? If not I would suggest upgrading the firmware on the router and see if that resolves the issue.
