RV130 Mobile Network Card Status Error

Hi, I'm having issue with Huawei E3276 dongle which supposed to be supported under firmware version 1.0.3.22 but i keep getting "card status: error" and i cannot get WAN connection up. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

According to the release notes the new feature (USB Dongle Support Request: Huawei E3276 (CSCuz83436)) was deployed in the Firmware Version 1.0.3.22 (release notes).

I will suggest doing a reflash to the unit and also a factory reset.
