Rv180W hang after wireless light up

I got a RV180W for long time, it was working perfectly.

However there is an issue today, the LAN port light no longer on, and wireless cannot get IP from the router.

So I have no access to the router at the moment.

I tried to press the Reset button for over 20 seconds but the router seems does not reset.

What else I can do to troubleshoot?

Sorry the device is having issues. Have you tried reseating or changing out the Ethernet cable between the router and the PC? Set your PC to a static address 192.168.1.10/24 and connect to one of the LAN ports and see if it comes up. Try all the ports on the router to connect. Pinging 192.168.1.1. Are there any other lights on the router? Possibly try another power outlet. Try a 30-30-30 reset, hold the reset in for 30 seconds, power it off for 30 seconds keeping the reset button held in, power up for 30 seconds keeping the reset button held in. Release and give the unit 5 mins to come up. If all this fails, I would suggest calling the SBSC at 1-866-606-1866 and open a case with them. Hope this helps.
