The two PC's on my LAN are not able to ping one another by name. As shown below, I get back a ping request with .cisco appended and invalid IP addresses. The ping should return a 192.167.72.x address. Because it does not, some software isn't working correctly.
So how can I clear the domain name and/or fix this problem so computers on the LAN can ping one another by name?
