RV220W After logging in the Router Page, can't access the MENU options. Get Error Message

Hi folks,

My RV220W has been working for 5 years without any problem. Suddenly, the internet connection was not working anymore.

I already reset the Router and started a new configuration, but still get the same error message after the Router logging: "The webpage at https://192.168.1.1/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address". The menu is not showed... and get stuck.

Does someone have some insight on what I should be doing different ?
