RV220W died - What should I do with it?

My home RV220W died.   Blinkinig POWER LED, no response any IP, No response even after attempt to restore to factory defaults.

Purchased in May 2011... So

From 5/31/2011 (m/d/y)    date received

to 1/12/2013 (m/d/y)         date of death

is:

592 days, or

84 weeks and 4 days  

So... What can i do?  How much would it cost to send it in for repair?

What would the procedure be?

Hello Andrew,

You'll need to give Cisco a call at 866-606-1866. They'll need your CCOID and serial number. They'll probably do some troubleshooting with you to confirm if it needs to be replaced. Pretty much all new small business routers comes with 1 year free phone support and limited life time hardware warranty. That unit comes with RTF RMA where you would need to pay shipping to ship it to them first and once thety recieve it then they will send you a refurbished unit but they will go over more indetails with you. So in short you should be in harware warranty still and they should be able to take care of you.
