I've previously upgraded the firmware on our RV220W from 1.0.0.26 to 1.0.1.0 without any problems but all attempts to upgrade to the latest version 1.0.2.4 fails with the following message "Upgrade failed due to invalid/corrupted firmware". The router then automatically reboots with the current firmware.
We've already tried re-downloading and applying the update from several different machines using different operating systems and browsers without success. Has anyone else managed to apply this firmware version successfully? We really need one of the VLAN fixes included in this latest version!
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

have you tried reseting the router back to factory defaults?
coming from 1.0.2.6 requires a factory reset once you have upgraded to 1.0.1.0 so perhaps this still needs a reset?

I didn't realise a factory reset is required after each firmware upgrade.
