Hello
We have Cisco RV320 router with latest firmware: 1.2.1.14 and found out, that usb modem provided by internet provider is not in compatibility matrix. So we managed to get one that is in compatibility matrix: Dlink DWM-157 (Firmware version: 1.4.6 ).
In system sumary usb modem is shownig connected, but in setup->network status is 3G/4G modem is not aviable. ( Pin code , APN, and Dial number are correst as this modem works with PC )
can you please help me with this problem ? thank you.

I think Cisco RV320 router dosn't support DSL,
thus the problem is not Dlink DWM-157

Dlink DWM-157 is USB 3G/4G modem. We don't use DSL.

Hello Robert,
I'm sorry you're having issues trying to get this working. Seems you've got the RV320 on the latest firmware but it doesn't seem like your dongle is though. I would confirm the revision hardware your dongle is and download the latest firmware off D-Link's support site and update the dongle and try once more.
Let us know how it goes.
