I've had issues with all the rv320's i've deployed for my clients over the years. Gateway to Gateway IPSEC VPN works great no issues. Client to Gateway on the other hand is so flaky. Every time I update the firmware on the routers I hope the VPN will start work better but it never does. This is my setup and config. Hopefully someone has come across this issue and has a resolution.
Dealing with a RV320 (firmware v1.3.2.02) router. Using "Easy VPN" configuration. Using a iphone/ipad to connect to gateway. Looking at my config image (attached) will show that there is nothing too complicated about the easy vpn setup. I've verified Tunnel Name and password. I've tried using both full tunnel and split tunnel mode. I've tried Local and AD extended authentication. All with the same result.
The thing is that my config works. I've used it multiple times on this very device. The issue is that it stops working all of a sudden and the only thing that can fix it is a reboot of the router. When it stops working i get the message on my iPhone "VPN Connection - Negotiation with VPN server failed". Last week I was connected, via my macbook pro, for about 40-60 minutes straight with no issues. All of a sudden the vpn connection on my macbook pro drops and I can no longer connect from my macbook pro nor non of my ios devices. Its very weird.
I also attached the logs generated when I try to connect via ios device.
Any ideas.

I am having the same exact issue. Rock solid tunnel with another branch office. Both Mac and iOS will connect fine most of the time but from time to time I will get dropped and get the same message. I can't reconnect without a reboot of router. Very frustrating when you are trying to work remotely! Never had this issue back when we used PPTP.
