RV320 Gateway to Gateway cannot access server

Hello,

I have two RV320 routers set up as Gateway to Gateway.

Site A (Main office) -192.168.54.0   255.255.254.0

Site B (Remote) - 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

The VPN tunnel is up. I can ping computers from site B in site A by using both, IP and hostname. However I cannot access any resources in site A. internal websites, server shares etc.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Thank you

Marcin

Hi mpolak83,

What is your VPN configuration? Please review the following document - Article ID: 4270: Gateway to Gateway VPN Configuration on RV320 and RV325 VPN Router Series in our Knowledge base.

I have done factory reset on both routers and followed the guide to configure the VPN. Again I can ping from both sides.

Now I can acces site B from site A (I can browse resources), but I can't access site A from site B.

Only ping goes through from B to A.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Marcin

Please contact the Technical Services team for further assistance. This sounds more like a configuratin issue, but night need additional diagnosis to determine that.

Thanks

Glenn
