RV320 SPI causing disconnects

We have a SAS model and get routers for testing and creating support documents for our customers. We recently got a RV320 for testing and I must say, this thing is about as cheap and worthless as they come. Not sure what Cisco is doing since I would be embarrassed to put my name on this thing. Anyway, anyone have any suggestions, with SPI turned on our software disconnects with in about 20 to 30 seconds after opening. I do not see any logs for SPI. Any help or explanation on why this feature causes disconnects would be great.
