RV320 UDP Routing across VPN

I have two RV320 setup via VPN and i have remote IP phones connected with port forwarding to the main site.  Issue i have is that i have to port forward RTP ports in the main site to the remote site that is on a different subnet.  The router wont let me send traffic to a different subnet.  is there a way around it or is that a limitation of the router.
