I have a RV320 VPN Switch with the following firmware.
Firmware Version:
v1.3.1.12 (2016-04-27, 10:46:12)
I have a VPN PTPP setup which works fine but after a certain amount of time the user passwords no longer work to log in and I have to re-enter the password under user management and save it to get the vpn connection to connect.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this. I have had the issues for awhile but we don't use the vpn often so it was more of an annoyance than and issue.

I apologize for the delay in answering and for any inconvenience with the unit, please let me know the following.
-Does the issue happens for all the users or just a few of them?
-how often do you have to reset or change the password in order to work?
-i recommend you to try a factory reset and reflash the unit with the firmware, after this please test if the error keeps happening.
-let me know, if the connection fails from the same device or if you have tried to access the vpn from different devices with the same user.
