I just got a brand new RV325. After spending some time configuring it, I upgraded it to FW 1.2.1.14 without noticeable problem. When I put it online (replacing my previous router), it appeared to work but with none of my computers able to access the Internet. I'm quite at a loss, as I cannot downgrade the firmware (strongly discouraged by CISCO). Would anyone has some suggestion, pointer, etc to troubleshoot or fix? It is disappointing to have a brand new device, so utterly useless.
Any thoughts.
Best Regards

Are you running the box in "Router"-Mode? If so, change it to "Gateway"-Mode, then it should work.
You may find the setting in Setup => Advanced Routing => IPv4 / Working Mode

This works like a charm! many thanks.
It would be great to have that "feature" clearly labelled in the startup guide, as it is not intuitive compared to the usual definition of Gateway vs Router. In my case, I had both TCP based networks, hene it should have been Router.
Best regards
