Hello,  you would need to use "port address translation" instead of the port forward setup.  In other words, your external port must be different then the internal port, because you cannot forward the same port to two different computers on the LAN.

Setup - Port address translation

 - First set up the services in "service management"

Add - enter name - External port  - internal port

For example: For RDP port 3389 setup a translation to port 3390

            EX - RDP1 - external port 3390 internal port 3389

                  - RDP2 - external port 3391 internal port 3389

Next use these service to setup the Port address translation

Seup - Port address transalation

Add - select new service RDP1  - IP of LAN device 192.168.1.100

            - select new service RDP2  - IP of LAN device 192.168.1.101

These rules will work for both WAN1 and WAN2.  You cannot assign the rule to a specific WAN.  The rule works for both WAN IPs
