RV325 Service Management Table modification

I have an RV325 router installed at our office.  We have Comcast cable modem providing internet access and this route has been rock solid. 2 months ago I added a port forward rule of TCP Printer TCP/9100-9100 to IP address 192.168.0.63 this has worked flawlessly to a label printer. We went to add a second label printer and was able to add TCP/9101-9101 to I p address 192.168.0.73. Again it worked.  Then one day the newer 9101  port quit working. I did all of the usual trouble shooting ip address printer all good. Nothing changed in the router the port forward and access rules all still looked good. But the port was closed.  So I deleted the rules and then the problems just seemed to snowball on me.  I updated the firmware to the newest and still no change.  My big problem is when I open the window to edit add or delete the service management table I cannot add new rules and if I do they do not save as the TCP protocol I want, it save as all traffic ect.  Has anyone else experienced this and can tell me what I am doing wrong.  Current version of firmware v1.5.1.13 (2020-10-27, 13:37:43)

if you upgraded the firmware of the router, you may need to clear your browser cache

"was able to add TCP/9101-9101 to I p address 192.168.0.73"

are you sure? did you also change the port on the printer ?
you checked the IP of the printer, did you also check the port?

i would suggest you keep the port on the printer unchanged from 9100 and only use a different outside port

     TCP/9100-9100 to IP address 192.168.0.63

     TCP/9101-9100 to I p address 192.168.0.73

Thank you for your reply. I cannot use the same port because this is for
printers working with software that is hosted at a sight in New York. They
utilize our fixed IP address along with the port to address the label
printer versus parts label printer. The printers work just fine in my local
network both are accessible through thee IP addresses 192.168.0.63 and
192.168.0.73. I had this working using port 9100 and port 9101 but we had
an upgrade to a new modem from Xfinity. I was the one who setup the first
modem to work with both printers and it worked. The new modem has the same
interface and menus and I got port 9100 to open just fine but cannot get
9101 or 9600 any of them to open. I was not 100% sure if my problem was
with the Cisco router or the Xfinity modem. I will email Xfinity tech
support but they usually know less than I do. Thank you for your help! If
you have any other suggestions they are welcome!
