I have 3 site-to-site VPN's. They work fine without an issue.
But after adding web-filtering option with exceptions blacklisting certain websites, the router would stop working within a few minutes with low traffic and stops working after an hour with almost no traffic. No weird light flashing on the router. It just stops working (no internet and no vpn). And you can't even ping the router.
I turned web-filtering off and everything works again.
p.s. I had to pay for web-filtering subscription license.
