RV340 site to site and L2TP/IPsec

Hello

I have set up site to site VPN connection between rwo RV340 routers and it works great. 

Now i have to give single users access to our network. Configured and connected peers to one router VIA L2PT/IPsec on windiws 10 clients, but they see and can accesd only network managed by router witch connection is set.

How to configure routers and/or clients so they will see both networks and can access resuorces in both site to site connected networks. Creating l2tp connection forced me to create third subnetwork and i wanna connect/tunnel this network to existing site to site VPN connection...

 Kamil018 where can I find this instruction for the site-to-site VPN config? I may need help on this for RV340,  please let me know.
