Hello, we have recently purchased the RV340 and have it up running so far.
Now we want to Monitor the device via SNMP but it does not work at all.
Wether I choose in the device settings (System Configuration -> SNMP) version 1, v2c or 3. I do get the same response that includes only that:
- SNMP Support is enabled
- the Hostname
- the current Uptime (even so the values are different in v2c and 3).
I have also downloaded the MIB files for the RV340, created in my Monitoring system a new device, configured the Monitors etc... but I don't get anything other then this 3 Information. Not even a single interface is detected.
I do monitor other Cisco devices such like an SG30 switch. Here the interfaces are correctly detected- out of the box.
I have read in an other Post that I'm required to reset the Router to factory defaults after upgrade. I have done that as well, configured from scratch... Still not working...

Hi @dieter3331 ,
Same thing here, done a factory reset like told on the net, nothing, the ifTable interfaces is not accessible.
Firmware Version: 1.0.03.16
What a shame Cisco... Thank you very much!

I just deployed an RV-340 router for my home network. SNMP is enabled and I can see router uptime but none of the interface statistics seem to be working. No matter what I've tried using Paessler SNMP Tester shows any of the OID's working. Most return "No such instance" errors. This looks like an ongoing problem with not input from Cisco.
My router is running 1.0.03.17 firmware. It was a new install on 02Apr2020.
