I purchased 2 RV340 and performed latest firmware update, bur still getting subnet range error when setting up PPTP VPN. Is there a solution to this issue?

Hello,
Can you please confirm what type of IP range you are trying to enter for the PPTP VPN?
Are you using the same range which you already have for VLAN 1 or another range already defined?
As this is a brand new device feel free to give us a call so an engineer can open a support ticket and assist you in the configuration.
Thanks,
Kris

I'm getting the same type of error when I attempt to setup the PPTP Server as well. Purchased this Router (RV340) to replace my RV042G,
VLAN1: 192.168.169.254/24
PPTP IP Range: 192.168.169.200-204
Firmware: v1.0.01.17

I get this message too regarding L2TP. Have you been able to fix this issue?
