Hello,

Can you please confirm what type of IP range you are trying to enter for the PPTP VPN?

Are you using the same range which you already have for VLAN 1 or another range already defined?

As this is a brand new device feel free to give us a call so an engineer can open a support ticket and assist you in the configuration.

Thanks,
Kris

I'm getting the same type of error when I attempt to setup the PPTP Server as well.  Purchased this Router (RV340) to replace my RV042G,

VLAN1: 192.168.169.254/24

PPTP IP Range:  192.168.169.200-204

Firmware:  v1.0.01.17

I have same issue. Any updates on this?

I get this message too regarding L2TP. Have you been able to fix this issue?
