RV340W (fw 1.0.03.15) Teleworker VPN Client - Special Characters in User Name

The Admin UI in firmware 1.0.03.15 of RV340W is rejecting special characters (such as . or @) entered into the Username field of the "Teleworker VPN Client - Add/Edit" screen. Some VPNs, however, require full email adresses to be entered into as username. Seems like an Admin UI bug to me?
