RV340W Multi-WAN Setting Issue

Hi All,

I recently bought a RV340W wireless router and trying to configure Multi-WAN from 2 ISP's, One of the WAN's Multi-WAN status is always offline. Can anyone help in configuring this Multi-WAN in load balancing mode ?
