Hi,
We recently bought a RV340W Small Business Router to replace an ageing RV220W. I use a VPN regularly to work from Home.
We have successfully managed to setup the VPN with the new router with the existing 3rd Party Client (TheGreenbow VPN) but we need to add additional security which requires the user of the VPN to be authenticated via a RADIUS server on the main network.
We have entered the information for the RADIUS server into the router and that successfully communicates and it seems to authenticate properly. It won't allow the creation of the VPN though.
We've tried ticking the 'Extended Authentication' option in the VPN configuration and having the username in a VPN users group assigned in the table on the same page. Nothing seems to work.
Any ideas please?
The previous router worked fine with this setup...
Thanks in advance,
-- Peter.

To answer my own question...
Had to add a 'User Group' called 'default' and add the VPN profile to that group.
Would be useful to be able to define the user group name to something other than 'default' but hey ho...
