RV345 Firmware Update 1.0.01.18 to 1.0.03.20

When I purchased this product a few years ago it was mandatory that you applied firmware updates in sequential order. Has this issue been solved? Can I update directly from 1.0.01.18 to 1.0.03.20

Yes, you can. With the RV series routers as marce1000 said there is no such a requirement so you can proceed with direct upgrade to the latest one.
