hi everyone, I am having very strange matter now with RVL200. I tried to find Linksys TFTP.exe to upgrade firmware. the software told me was upgrading successfully. But now the "DIAG" keeps blinking, i could not access the router anymore.
it could ping 192.168.1.1 successfully in DOS mode.
is that becuase of the .img file type? Should an .bin file needed? and where could find the .bin file? I went through the whole website, could not find.
Appreciate if anyone could help me out... thx.

Hi TekLiu, really appreciate your help. I have taken long time looking for that utility tool.
I have done it completely with instructions. it showed "complete" in the end of session. Strange thing still, it every 1 minutes or a little more time will get all light flash, Diag light keep blinking. then all off except the power light. I did it twice, problem same no change.
Could not enter into the web page. What do you think how this happens? do you think JTAG could fix this?
thanks very much again.

If the rescue tool cannot fix the issue, the unit probably has some hardware related issue that can be addressed by RMA if it is still under warranty.

Just give us a call at the Cisco Small Business Support Center (1-866-606-1866) and we can check your serial number
to see if it is still under warranty and get an RMA issued for your unit.
THANKS
