I have a RVS4000 for my home network and I am seeing an issue with it. Every time I make any small change even adding Static IP Mapping the router reboots without warning. sometimes I can click save while other times it shows the rebooting progress before I hit save. When that happens I loose all the Static IP Mappings even the ones that were already there from before.
It never reboots unless I am in making changes.
Any idea if this is normal or if not how to fix it if it is even possible
Thanks

- This device has been retired by Cisco : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/obsolete/routers/cisco-rvs4000-4-port-gigabit-security-router-vpn.html , consider moving to a supported product ,

You probably should try a factory reset and see if that helps things (hold reset down for 30 seconds).. If the firmware is corrupted, re-flashing might help..
