I'm not sure what happened to our new router we put into place. But I came in the next morning and had no connectivity to the router.
I see some strange messages in the logs, and it looks like the router reset itself? The date being january 1st?

There are a ton of lines that follow. But can anybody explain to me what this means?

Can you verify if you had a power interruption of any type?
ā11-04-2009 12:44 PM
Well our router is on a UPS device. So I can't see that being a cause.

How often does this happen, and how long have you had this appliance? I wouldn't think it happened only one time, as most people would just chalk it up to a "weird experience" if it only happened once. Is your configuration still on it when it resets or does it go back to factory defaults? Did this happen during the day or over night? If it has happened before, have you changed out the ups to confirm it is not faulty? In our business center, we have a monitor attached to a ups that will turn off if the ups is unplugged, however the ups seems to be working properly. Could you have had a power event and this be the case here?
