Hello.
We have a problem with a new SA520W.
We are using QVPN clients, and the clients have problems with finding the unit. Then it can work for several hours before it is gone again.
When we can't find it from outside everything on the inside is working perfect, and the client PC's also have conncetion to everything else.
Have anyone any experience with this?
Had a ASA5505 before and never had any problem like this.
Is it a problem with the client qvpn, or the box?
Hope someone has any idea :-)

Hi Øyvind,
Sure would be handy to mention software versions of both the quick VPN client and the SA520W.
Are you using the new quick VPN client version 1.4.0.5 or have you made sure your SA520W is using the latest software version; 1.1.42 which can be obtained from the following site;

Hi Øyvind,
Since the setup is new, it may be worthwhile calling the Small Business Support Center (SBSC), There are logs available in this new product, much more descriptive when compared to the older routers.
Might be worth while contacting the SBSC and seeing if they can spot within the logs why the tunnels don't come up all the time.
Anyway they can be contacted at the following URL; http://www.cisco.com/en/US/support/tsd_cisco_small_business_support_center_contacts.html
But Øyvind, they also monitor this community site as well, so lets see if in the short term, next few hours, if we get a response to your query from SBSC or another Partner.
regards Dave
