Small Bussiness Setup

Good day guys, As my title indicates, what Switch,Router and Server will i need for a company of ~ 50 employees.?

And another question,

If  i have 3 routers,each connects to the internet through a different ISP, is it possible to connect  the 3 Routers "Dlink,Linksys, Buffalo " to one wireless cisco router, of which the cisco router would broadcast wirelessly the 3 simultaneously ?
