Hello,
I am sending snmp traps from my router for IP SLA based on following configuration:
ip sla 10
icmp-echo 172.16.0.254
frequency 300
ip sla schedule 10 life forever start-time now
snmp-server enable traps ipsla
ip sla reaction-configuration 10 react timeout threshold-type immediate action-type trapOnly
I want to ask whether there is a way that I could edit the alert message being send to my snmp server based on above configuration? The reason I am asking it is that there are several IP addresses that I am tracking through IP SLA not just one above but I get the same message on my snmp server for all of them. So I want to differentiate through customizing alert message that currently so and so destination is not reachable.
Thanks for helping out.
Regards,
Qamber
