SRP521W pass traffic to VPN server inside

Hi All,

There is MS RRAS server inside the network with pptp active.

I can setup port 1723 forward but can’t find in a router config ability to pass gre (proto 47) traffic from WAN to LAN. Is it possible to do it on SRP521W?  I’m using firmware 1.01.19 (004).

Hi Pawel,

It is not possible to forward GRE on the SRP500 I'm afraid.

Hi Andy,
Thanks a lot for a replay.
I was afraid too, but was thinking that somebody closer to Cisco products knows some tip…
To be honest I’m little bit surprised and disappointed because for ex. in Draytek routers at the same price level it is possible to setup it in a few seconds….
