Some customers, particularly in New Zealand, have recently reported that the SRP527W will not train to their ADSL service, while other devices can.
If you are experiencing similar issues, please open a case with the Small Business Support Center and request to have your case escalated to a level 2 engineer who will arrange to provide you with a patch.
