SRP527W routing issue

Hello,

We have SRP527W installed and all is working fine apart from accessing, from all sites, facebook.com. When I do a traceroute in SRP Diganostics console it gets to facebook fine, however from any computer on the network traceroute fails at tfbnw.com facebook subnetwork and times out from then on. How is this possible? I disabled all Internet Access Control rules. Do you have any suggestions please? We use facebook for marketing and it has to be done via 3G dongle right now.

I would like to get a little more information on your situation.

For Example:

Are you on a DSL connection?

Have you check your MTU size? (Packets fragmenting)

Any kind of trouble shooting steps you might have tried up to this point.

Are you able to access other websites from behind your SRP?  Can you access m.facebook.com?

Hello,

Yes I can access m.facebook.com. Also I tried resetting the network setup - host name, domain name. That did the trick for Wi-Fi - we can connect to facebook.com from wireless now, however wired still times out on tfbnw.com. MTU is set to Auto. Shall I try different MTU settings?

EDIT: Yes we are on BT ADSL.

EDIT2: SSID1 and all LAN ports are on the same VLAN.
