Static Route Problem in rv340 router

I have 2 Cisco routers.
  - 1: Cisco rv340 router. it is connected to Internet
  - 2: Cisco rv320 router. Connected router 1's lan to this router's wan port.

I wanted to make connection between computers directly connected to router 1 and computers connected to router 2.
so I created new static routing rule on router 1(route traffics which targets router2's subnet range to router 2).

After this addition, I could ping or telnet from router 1 to router 2 and it works just fine. But when I  try to Browse or SSH into same host, it fails even if firewall was disabled in both routers. I also captured tcp packets and it looks like packets are lost and repeatedly sending tcp retransmission.

I think this is rv340 model probelm because when I test this same situation with other router model(cisco rv320 or other brand model) it worked just fine.

Please let me know if i am misunderstanding anything or is there is any solution for this problem.
