Unfortunatly we do not have a tool for you to check serial numbers to see if they are stolen. It is best that you purchase Cisco products from an authorized Cisco partner. Cisco Partners that are located in your area can be found here: http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/openBasicSearch.do
Keep in mind, Cisco products purchased through unauthorized channels may not be entitled to Cisco service and warranty support.
