Strange TCP connection hanging in rv340 since installed

Hi!
Since i installed the rv340w i have had a tcp connection listed in the router like this:
tcp4
88.80.190.163
https (443)
CLOSE_WAIT

Early on i disabled the automatic updates, finding it very unlikely that something hostile has done something with the router so early on i´m bound to believe it has something to do with an automatic function connecting to something cisco related. Doing an whois on the IP gets the following information:
inetnum: 88.80.184.0 - 88.80.191.255
netname: US-LINODE-20051130
country: GB
org: ORG-LL72-RIPE
admin-c: TA2589-RIPE
tech-c: TA2589-RIPE
status: ALLOCATED PA

Can someone verify that this is the Cisco update server for the rv series?

Thanks in advance

I too noticed this connection on my RV340 and wondering what it might be....

can someone of cisco tell more about this? What does CLOSE_WAIT mean in this context and where does it come from?

Same thing with us. Looks like all of our routers (RV345) are connecting to one of two Linode IPs (50.116.18.64 and 50.116.60.16). We don't have web management enabled. The status is either CLOSE_WAIT or ESTABLISHED.

same problem here on RV345P: Cisco should clarify this!
