I have a similar question to https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2169935 but not exactly the same.
1) In our office we have the requirment to offer access to the internet (WAN) over a public accessable WLAN. The traffic should be restricted to WAN only none of the LAN should be accessible.
2) We maintain our own DCHP server offering adresses in 172.16.1.0/24 or servers are in 172.16.0.0/24 but both are in a supernet 172.16.0.0/23.
In order to restrict traffic from the public wlan to lan I created two VLans ID1 and ID9:

The problem with this setup is that none of the wlan members can access the WAN
Routing from WLAN to WAN should not be restricted by this setup, should it? Or do have to rout explicitly traffic from WLAN to WAN?
Our DHCP server is setup to route over gateway 172.16.0.1 wich can be pinged formidably. Traffic connected to a L2 switch to the RV180 is route to WAN flawless.
