I have a UC320W Version 2.3.2 (6)
What i am trying to do is call comes in.. no one answers then forward to my cell phone.
I am not able to forward a call to an external number when no one answers. It saves and applies successfully. But when i try it out to the caller it rings and rings but the external phone never rings.
I have tried it in Call forwarding, Hunt Groups and in Inbound Calls with external number selected and an 8 in front because that is what we have to dial to reach and external number.
Can someone help with this?
One thing i thought of while i was typing this is that we have just one line..... does that mean what i want to achieve is not possible with just one line?
