I correctly get new firmware and updates on Cisco C1111, C892, C891F, ISR4331. And how exactly do I need to update? Is it possible to do it remotely. Will the licenses that are on this equipment not be lost?

c890 can be updated remotely and can be done using the old method of "changing the boot variable string to point to the new BIN file".
I strongly recommend updating the ISR 1000 and ISR 4000 routers using Install Mode. (Cisco ISR & ASR 1k Routers: IOS-XE/Firmware Upgrade (Install Mode))

And how exactly do I get these firmwares? I probably need to have some kind of account, and most likely not a free one? And where can I get it, or more precisely from whom?

- @Yevgenii Pavlenko FYI : Cisco Software downloads
You need a support contract for any device you want to download software for,

For the ISR 1000 and 4000, there is a legal way to download the firmware for free:
1. Go to the Cisco Download portal and find out the filename of the firmware and the location where the firmware is being hosted.
2. Read this: Cisco IOS, IOS XE, and IOS XR Software SNMP Denial of Service Vulnerabilities
3. Scroll down to the "Customers Without Service Contracts" section. Read that carefully and read it well.
Customers who purchase directly from Cisco but do not hold a Cisco service contract and customers who make purchases through third-party vendors but are unsuccessful in obtaining fixed software through their point of sale should obtain upgrades by contacting the Cisco TAC.
Customers should have the product serial number available and be prepared to provide the URL of this advisory as evidence of entitlement to a free upgrade.
4. Call TAC (do not email TAC because the TAC email address has been decommissioned). CALL.
5. Provide TAC the serial number of the ISR 1000 and ISR 4000.
6. Provide TAC the filenames of the firmware and where they are hosted.
Good luck.
