[Urgent] E3276 USB Dongle fails to connect RV325

Dear experts - I need your help. According to the dongle list, Cisco RV325 is support USB dongle E3276. However, I cannot hook up with it properly (We can see the USB1 is connected and USB Dongle indicator light is shown connected). I try to use this dongle with Windows to access the 4G network properly. Please help!!! Please give me some hints!

If you need support for this dongle, please contact the Small Business Support Center (SBSC) and have them escalate the case to L2 so the beta code can be provided.The Document has to be updated..
