I just bought a new RV325 and updated the latest firmware available from Cisco support. I connect the router on our network while testing it - it works fine. We have multiple static IP address from our ISP. If we switch this new RV325 is our main router - it got 'Connect(inactive)' when you check the 'System' and not traffic get through. But if you assign it as non-main router - the traffic get though it normal without any issue. What could be the cause for this behavior?

I think your main router not reply the NSD request which came from RV325, you can modify NSD setting on System Management -> Dual WAN(choose wan1 or wan2) to meet your requirement.
