Wifi extender with POE

Hello,

Looking to find a router that could connect to a central wifi-SSID, boost the signal and also have ports with POE capability. Wondering if there are any thing ?

Essentially, I have a router in the garage. So, need a gizmo that could connect to it using wifi and also connect to a switch or has a built in POE.

There is no such thing. 

The only way is to run a cable from the garage to the place you need to put an additional wireless access point.
