WRVS4400N Upgrade fail 2.0.0.8 to 2.0.1.3

Hello,

I tried to upgrade the firmware from 2.0.0.8 to 2.0.1.3.

But it does not work.

I used the funktion from the WEB interface

search for the new file

and then I got the massage:

"Upgrade file is not the correct type or version for this device.

Upgrade failed.

Please obtain the correcht file and try again. "

The Firmware ist from download area for Cisco Routers:

WRVS4400Nv2-fw-2.0.1.3-K9.img

What could be the reason for this? Many thanks in advance!

I see from the image that you do have a version 2 hardware.  Maybe try downloading the 2.0.1.3 firmware from the Cisco website again and attemt

one more time to do the upgrade. Usually you see the error that you received when you choose the wrong file or you have say a version 1 hardwawre and you are tying to upgrade to the latest firmware which is intended for a version 2 or 3 hardware.
