It will be difficult to help with only the router config.
Without your network topology and some further troubleshooting output I don't see how we can progress.
what happen if you shutdown new link?
Do you see anything strange is router log?
Is the bgp up and stable ?
Can you do a show interface on new link (both ends)? any cct issue?
Any traceroute between 2 diffirent sites showing latency on new link?
What happen if you ping remote end of the new link (direct connected)? do you see latency ?
BTW - for security reason don't put the config without removing few passwords (use sh tech to capture router config with no passwords)
